I went into the Hailey store to start an account and was refused service by Marco saying he did not know how to set up an account and that I needed to do it online myself. I went back when the manager, Crystal, was there and she was great to work with. While I was there setting up my new phone, Marco lied to multiple customers and then lied to the manager about the customers. The manager seemed very frustrated with Marco and his lying, and yelled at him at one point. About a week later, I went in to receive my WI-FI hotspot that was delivered by UPS and signed for by Marco. Marco was the only one in the store and said there was no package delivered and refused get up out of his chair to check for the package. I showed him my proof of delivery through UPS and he still denied my package being delivered there. When I requested to speak with the manager, he refused to provide me with contact information saying that it was inappropriate. When I informed him I wanted to file a complaint against him he checked for the package and was able to find it within a minute. I am very disappointed that Marco is able to lie to customers, without repercussions. I feel that many people that go into this store aren’t receiving the help they need due to his lying.
Kyle & Christy were both professional and proficient. Walked in and switched over carriers within 20 minutes, they explained the process in full detail and made the switch over easy. Super helpful and friendly.
I've been with AT&T for years and came back into the Hailey store to upgrade my phone and switch my girlfriend over to my line. Kyle and Christy helped us out above and beyond what was necessary to get us into two new devices and couldn't be happier!
All I can say is WOW! What and amazing job by Josselyn. Went into the store not intending on purchasing anything but after talking to Josselyn I DID make a purchase, bc she gave us a great deal! I tip my hat off to her bc of the time and attention to detail, and her great customer service.
This at&t store is the worst ever. It is never open. Has the hours posted as open till 7 but is always closed when I come by, whether thats 3 pm, 5pm, or 6pm. Even closed at 11 am one day. I think AT&T should fine them for not holding proper hours. They are definitely not representing the brand well.
